Rick Nipper was very promt on returning my message left on his recording. He answered my question and helped me through my problem without a service call,but, did offer to come right out and assest me if needed. He put a system in my home 9 years ago, and has always been a phone call away . Rick has also serviced and done istalls for my home improvement clients. Thanks Rick

The response time was excellent. My call was returned within ten minutes and was helped very professionally. I was even given the option (due to the simple nature of the problem) of either having a techinician come out or just having the process explained to me and doing it myself. For obvious reasons, I appreciated this. I am VERY satisfied with the level of service provided and will definitely use O'Fallon Air for any future heating and cooling concerns. Thank you.

O'Fallon Air has been our provider of all our heating and refrigeration needs since 2000. He goes out of his way to find the best product at the best price and has kept our store in perfect operation since he began taking care of Heaven Scent Donuts and More. If there is a problem with any of the equipment (whether he installed it or not), one call to Rick and the problem is resolved quickly. We highly recommend his service and as a person, he's the best!
